Cookie Dough Pizza

  •   Signature by Country Range Sourdough Style Doughball
  • ml Pistachio cream
  • g White chocolate
  • g Dark chocolate
  • g Milk chocolate
  • g Pistachios
  •   Country Range Cookie Pucks
  • g pistachios
  • g White chocolate
  •   tbsp Icing sugar
  • g butter
  • ml milk

    Step 1

    Blanch the pistachios in boiling water for 1 minute

    Remove from the water and peel all the pistachios

    Puree the pistachios with 50ml milk
  • 4

    Melt the white chocolate and butter over a baine marie and add the pistachio puree and mix well

    Prove the defrosted dough ball until its double in size

    Gently roll out until 20cm diameter

    Spread the pistachio cream leaving a 2cm boarder

    Place an oven tray in the oven set at 220c / 200c fan.

    Place the broken cookie pucks on top of the pizza and carefully place in the oven on the hot tray and bake for 5 mins.

    Top the pizza with the chocolate pieces and pistachios and continue to cook for a further 3 mins
