- g Lamb Weston Twister Fries (cooked until golden and crisp).
- g cooked turkey breast (pulled or shredded into bite-sized pieces).
- pigs in blankets
- stuffing balls (crumbled).
- g brie (torn into chunks, just starting to melt from the heat of the fries).
- tbsp cranberry sauce (drizzled over).
- handful dried cranberries (for texture and sweet pops of flavour).

Preheat fryer (175 °C) or oven (200 °C). Fry frozen Twister fries for 2 min 30 sec (if fryer), shaking after 30 sec. Or oven‑bake for 16–20 min, turning once halfway (Remove once they’re golden and crunchy.) -

Layer on shredded turkey or chicken, pigs in blankets, and crumbled stuffing balls. -

Add chunks of Brie so they begin to melt into the toppings. -

Drizzle over cranberry sauce and scatter dried cranberries. -
