Increase Portion Size
- g plain flour
- g cocoa powder
- g caster sugar
- tsp baking powder
- g unsalted butter
- ml whole milk
- egg
- g chocolate butter cream
- g ROLO® Mix-in

Step 1
Beat the sugar and butter together till creamed -

Add the egg and beat again -

Sieve in the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder and fold together -

Next fold in the milk -

Split the mixture into 12 cupcake cases and bake for 15 – 20 minutes at 180 degrees -

Leave to cool, pipe on 15g of buttercream and add 3 ROLO® on the buttercream per cupcake
