Chef Collin Brown’s Green Banana Porridge

  •   1 cup
  •   2 green bananas
  •   2 ripe bananas
  •   1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  •   1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  •   1 teaspoon vanilla
  •   Pinch of salt for balancing

    Step 1

    In a food processor, blend green bananas with almond and coconut milk, add nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla and salt, then pour in a pot and cook (simmer) for 8-10 minutes.

    Step 2

    To serve, add half of the cooked porridge to a bowl with sliced ripe bananas on top. Delicious!
