Braised Brisket with Juniper

This braised brisket with juniper is a rich, slow-cooked dish that brings together deep, savoury flavours and aromatic warmth. The brisket is first browned to develop a robust base, then gently braised until it becomes tender and full of character. Over time, the meat softens and absorbs the surrounding flavours, creating a beautifully succulent result.
