Pre het the oven to 200c / 180c

Bake the cookies for 8/10 mins and allow to cool

Break up the cookies into chunks

Step 4
Melt the chocolate in a Baine Marie and dip the chunks one by one into the melted chocolate and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Sprinkle a few cookie crumbs onto of the chocolate chunks and allow to cool so the chocolate sets. Serve with a ball of ice-cream.
