  •   Maggi Rich & Rustic Tomato Sauce – use half
  •   Red pepper – use half
  •   Green pepper – use half
  •   Cucumber – use half
  •   Chilli Flakes
  •   Bunch of fresh coriander
  •   Olive oil
  •   Fresh chilli if desired

    Step 1

    Chop the peppers & cucumber into a small dice (smaller the better)

    Finely chop the coriander & fresh chilli if using, then add to bowl

    Add the multi use tomato sauce & grinds of chilli flakes

    Add glug of olive oil to add sheen

    Place into serving bowl & serve with tortilla chips
