- Maggi Rich & Rustic Tomato Sauce – use half
- Red pepper – use half
- Green pepper – use half
- Cucumber – use half
- Chilli Flakes
- Bunch of fresh coriander
- Olive oil
- Fresh chilli if desired

Step 1
Chop the peppers & cucumber into a small dice (smaller the better) -

Finely chop the coriander & fresh chilli if using, then add to bowl -

Add the multi use tomato sauce & grinds of chilli flakes -

Add glug of olive oil to add sheen -

Place into serving bowl & serve with tortilla chips
