Vegetarian Burgers


  1. Fry the burger to pack info.
  2. For the beetroot dip. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
  3. Wash and prep the lettuce.
  4. Grill the halumi until hot.
  5. Gently toast the bun and keep warm.
  6. Stack as per photo. Serve with sweet potato fries or veggie style dirty fries.
