“Quality at Every Level” is a must‑attend, one-day event for care caterers, dietitians, nurses and healthcare professionals involved in supporting people with dysphagia or requiring texture-modified diets. Organised by the IDDSI UK Reference Group, the festival is designed to provide practical, hands-on learning through expert-led sessions, workshops and case studies. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of the International Dysphagia Diet Standardisation Initiative (IDDSI) framework, which standardises food textures and drink thickness to improve both safety and dignity at mealtimes.
