Vegan Greek Open Flatbread

  • g GARDEN GOURMET® Sensational™ Vegan Crispy Tenders
  • g Greek style flatbread
  • g reduced fat hummus
  • g fresh rocket
  • g red onion, thinly sliced
  • g chopped tomatoes
  • g vegan alternative to white cheese (feta style)
  • g harissa spice
  • g pomegranate seeds

    Step 1

    Wrap the flatbread in foil and warm in the oven, 180°C for approx. 4mins.

    Step 2

    Deep fry the Crispy Tenders according to preparation guidelines then chop or gently pull into 3 or 4 pieces.

    Step 3

    Remove the flatbread from the oven and place on a serving dish. Spread the hummus across the top.

    Step 4

    In a large bowl, toss together the rocket, red onion, chopped tomatoes and cheese. Place in the centre of the flatbread.

    Step 5

    Dust the Crispy Tenders with harissa spice and lay on top of the salad. Scatter with pomegranate seeds and serve.
