g Charcuti premium pepperoni

g Cooked green lentil
1 brown onion

g cloves garlic

g charcuti pancetta lardons

g chopped tomatoes
3 thyme stems
1 beef stock cube
1 tablespoon tomato puree

ml vegetable oil

Step 1
Dice the onion, garlic and cook in the vegetable oil until semi-translucent. Add the bacon lardons, pepperoni and the thyme (leaves removed), cook for a further 5 minutes.

Add the tomato puree and cook out for 2 minutes.

Add the chopped tomatoes, green lentils, beef stock, add 100ml of water and cook out for 10 minutes on a low temperature.
