g Heritage tomatoes, cut in various shaped pieces

ml Rapeseed oil

ml Cabernet sauvignon vinegar

g Black Pepper

g Watermelon, 1cm diced

g Violife Creamy

g Cucumber, 1cm diced

g Black garlic, sliced

g Coriander cress

Step 1
Take a nice selection of tomatoes, varying in colours and slice carefully.

Lay on a tray and macerate with rapeseed, cab sav vinegar, salt, pepper, and sugar.

Leave at room temp for 30 mins.

Place in a suitable serving dish.

Add the watermelon & and cucumber.

Finish with small scoops of the Violife Creamy and slithers of black garlic.

Garnish with coriander cress and olives then serve.
