To make the batter, beat the eggs then incorporate the milk/ Put the flour in a bowl, make a well for the egg mix and slowly mix in the flour.

Cook the sausages.

Pre-heat oven to 220°C/425°F/Gas Mark 7. Heat a little oil in a small tin.

When hot, put the sausages into the tin and pour the batter mix on top. Add the fresh rosemary. Cook for 20 minutes until the batter is puffed and golden.
