Toast the bagel, keep warm.

Cook the Daloon Spinach and Falafel Burger to the manufacturer instruction.

Layer the bagel with smear of spicy ketchup, made by adding some Country Range Peri Peri Sauce to Country Range Ketchup.

Add the burger, sliced avocado and red onion.

Add the top and bake in the oven for a few minutes. Fry a couple of eggs.
