Increase Portion Size

  • g Slices Violife Original flavour
  • g Slices Violife Mozzarella flavour
  • g Slices Violife Smoky Cheddar flavour
  •   tbsp Unsalted Flora Plant butter
  • g Slices Sourdough bread
  • g Beetroot, grated
  •   handful A handful of Kale, leaves only
  • g Scallions, sliced

    Step 1

    Spread the bread slices with Unsalted Flora Plant butter and place in a pan over medium heat.

    Step 2

    When toasted on one side, top one bread slice with two Violife Original slices, the second one with two Violife Mozzarella flavour slices and the last one with two Violife Smoky Cheddar flavour slices.

    Step 3

    Top the Original slices with kale, the Mozzarella flavour slices with grated beetroot and the Smoky Cheddar flavour slices with scallions.

    Step 4

    Top with the other slice of bread.

    Flip all the sandwiches until toasted on the other side and the Violife slices have melted nicely.

    To serve, slice in half and top with some fresh greens
