Pre-heat the oven to 180ºC

Part-bake the Ciabatta for 4-6 minutes

Add the butter, garlic purée, mixed herbs to a mixing bowl and season with the salt and pepper

Remove the bread from the oven and slice in half

Spread a thick layer of the garlic butter on to each slice

Bake for a further 6-8 minutes until golden brown and the butter is melted
