Step 1
Roll out dough ball on a floured surface to a 30cm round.

Top with a layer of Barbecue Sauce, sprinkle with Grated Mozzarella, chicken, cooked sweet potatoes, onion and tomatoes.

Cook at 300°C on a pizza stone (260°C in oven) for 2 to 3 minutes until the base is crisp and golden.

Mix the Mayonnaise with the sriracha sauce, drizzle over the pizza and serve.
