  • 25 ml Vegetable Oil
  • 100 g Chorizo pieces
  • 1  finely diced red onion
  • 1  crushed clove of garlic
  • 1  diced green pepper
  • 1  tsp brown sugar
  • 1  tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1  tsp tabasco
  • 100 g baked beans
  • 1  tsp Mixed herbs
  • 1  tsp Cajun spice
  • 1  to taste salt and pepper
  • 4  toasted sourdough

    Step 1

    Fry off the chorizo, green pepper, red onion and garlic until golden brown

    Add the sugar, tabasco and Worcestershire sauce

    Add the herbs and spices and then add the baked beans and simmer for 5 mins and season to taste
