4 tbsp Country Range Dried Sliced Onion

g minced lamb

g potatoes, boiled and mashed

Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Re-hydrate the dried onion in water then fry with the minced lamb.

Step 2
Add the Scotch Broth Mix and 250ml water. Stir and simmer for 15 minutes.

Step 3
Meanwhile, boil and mash the potatoes.

Put the minced lamb mix into an ovenproof dish, cover with mashed potato and bake until golden on top.
