  • g oats
  • g protein crispies
  • g sos caramelised pistachio nibs
  • g pumpkin seeds
  • g sunflower seeds
  • g sosa Cantonese sesame seeds
  • g sosa beetroot powder
  • g brazil nuts (roughly chopped
  • g walnuts (roughly chopped

    Step 1

    Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.

    Step 2

    In a pan heat the butter and honey.

    Step 3

    Pour over dry mix and give it a really good mix.

    Step 4

    Place in a paper lined tray and cook at 160°C for 15-20 minutes.
