  • g Country Range Pulled Pork in BBQ Sauce
  • g Country Range 12" Tortilla Wraps
  • g ountry Range Sliced Green Jalapeño Peppers
  • g Large Red Pepper (Thinly Sliced)
  • g Large Avocado (Cubed)
  • g Plum Tomatos (Sliced)
  • g Large Red Onion (Thinly Sliced)
  • g Cucumber (Julienned)
  • g Romaine Lettuce
  •   Handful Small Handful Fresh Coriander
  • g Limes (Juiced)

    Step 1

    Cook the pulled pork as to the manufacturer guidelines

    Step 2

    Prepare the tacos by cutting each tortilla in to 2 x 5" rounds

    Add a spoon of the pulled pork to each taco

    Top with a few pieces of sliced lettuce, cucumber, red onion and red pepper

    Garnish with tomato, avocado, a few jalapeño peppers and a squeeze of lime juice
