  • g BBQ Pulled pork
  • g Country Range 10” tortillas
  • g Country Range plain flour
  • ml Water

    Step 1

    Pre heat fryer to 180oC

    Mix the plain flour and water together to form a paste
  • 3

    Step 3

    Place half of the BBQ mix in the middle of the tortilla so it looks like a sausage

    Brush some flour paste on the edges of the tortilla

    Step 5

    Fold the two sides in, then the bottom and then roll into a cylinder. The flour paste will seal everything in

    Fry until golden for about 6/8 mins

    Serve with CR salsa, some sour cream and some CR grated cheddar
