Polarbröd brie and apricot PolarCrepe

1 Polarbröd Soft Thinbread

g brie, thinly sliced

8 dried apricots, sliced

Step 1
Arrange thin slices of brie on the thinbread.

Step 2
Top with sliced dried apricots. Fold the thinbread and place on a baking tray. Bake at 175 °C for about 6 mins. Cut into four pieces and serve.
