  • ml Cooking oil
  • g Finely Diced Red Onion
  • g Finely Diced Red Pepper
  • g Finely Diced Courgette
  • g Santa Maria Vegetarian Taco Mix
  • g Santa Maria Creole Sauce

    How to prepare the Sofrito: Fry the red onion, red pepper, and courgette in the oil in a pan. Add the Taco Seasoning and Creole Sauce Add 100ml water and simmer for 5/10 minutes
