  •   12 tsp Country Range Tomato
  • g tins of Country
  •   Range Chopped Tomatoes
  • g Country Range Frozen Sliced Green Beans
  • g Country Range Frozen Choice Garden Peas
  • g tin Country Range
  • g Cannellini Beans in Water, drained Country Range Diced Swede
  • g onion, finely diced
  • g leek, finely diced
  • g carrot, medium diced
  • g cabbage, finely diced
  • g potatoes, medium diced

Method

    Step 1

    Gently sweat down the onion, leek, carrot, swede and cabbage in a soup pan, then add 8.875kg water and the vegetable bouillon paste.

    Step 2

    Bring to a boil and then add the potatoes, chopped tomatoes and tomato paste.

    Step 3

    Simmer until the potatoes are soft then add the beans and peas.

    Serve with a chunk of homemade bread and Country Range Butter

  • 250 g cabbage, finely diced
  • 625 g potatoes, medium diced
