g Cannellini Beans in Water, drained Country Range Diced Swede

g onion, finely diced

g leek, finely diced

g carrot, medium diced

g cabbage, finely diced

Method

Step 1
Gently sweat down the onion, leek, carrot, swede and cabbage in a soup pan, then add 8.875kg water and the vegetable bouillon paste.

Bring to a boil and then add the potatoes, chopped tomatoes and tomato paste.

Simmer until the potatoes are soft then add the beans and peas.

Serve with a chunk of homemade bread and Country Range Butter
