  •   Delifrance Pinsa Tonda 19C84 (defrosted)
  •   tbsp nduja paste
  •   tbsp tomato puree
  •   tbsp chopped tomatoes
  •   packet sliced salami or similar
  •   wedge of dolcelatte (diced)
  •   tbsp hot honey to finish
  •   handful Fresh rocket to garnish

    Step 1

    Preheat an oven to 200°C fan.

    Add the nduja, tomato puree & chopped tomatoes to a bowl and mix together into a sauce.

    Spread the sauce over the pinsas.

    Fold the salami into quarters for height and press onto the pinsas.

    Place the pinsas onto a non-stick baking tray and bake in the oven for approximately 5 minutes until the salami is cooked through and has started to go crispy.
