Pre heat the oven to 170c

Line a baking tray with parchment and butter

Prepare the chocolate sponge mix as per pack instructions

Spread the chocolate cake batter evenly in the baking tray and cook in the oven, then allow to cool

Cut chocolate disks out of the tray, using any other leftover bits for truffles etc.

Whip your cream and then star to assemble the gateaux as per photos
