  •   10 All Square Basic Focaccia Bread Dough Base
  • g Maggie Rich Rustic Tomato Sauce
  • g Basil Green
  • g Grated Mozzarella

Method

    Step 1

    Make and cook the pizza base as per the sub recipe.

    Step 2

    Evenly spread the tomato sauce over the base leaving 1cm margin around the pizza
  • 3

    Step 3

    Tear the larger basil leaves, and scatter with the smaller ones around the pizza
  • 4

    Step 4

    Sprinkle the mozzarella evenly over the pizza
  • 5

    Step 5

    Bake in a 180/200c oven for approx 8/10 mins until the cheese has melted & browned.

    Portion into 10 even square/rectangles & serve
