Step 1
Pre-heat oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4. Cook the macaroni until soft/al dente.

Make up the béchamel sauce to pack instructions. Stir in the wholegrain mustard.

Mix the pasta into the sauce and transfer to an ovenproof dish.

Top with grated cheddar and bake for 20 minutes until golden.
