Lion Seared Tuna with Tartare Sauce
Ingredients

g tuna steak, sustainably sourced

g sesame seeds

Splash of rapeseed oil

cloves garlic, finely sliced

g fresh ginger, finely grated

g tbsp. low-salt soy sauce

ml lemon, squeezed

g fresh coriander, chopped

spring onion, sliced

fresh red chilli, sliced

ml Lion Tartare Sauce

Step 1
Coat the tuna in sesame seeds

Heat the oil and add the garlic turning for one minute

Add the tuna and sear on each side for 20 seconds

Transfer into a pan and hold in a hot oven

In a bowl add the ginger, soy, spring onion, chilli and lemon juice and mix well

Place tuna on a plate and spoon over the ginger mixture

Accompany with Lion Tartare Sauce
