  • g red onion, finely chopped
  • g raisins
  • g feta cheese, crumbled
  • g pomegranate seeds
  • g toasted pine nuts
  • g fresh coriander, chopped
  • g fresh parsley, chopped
  • g fresh mint, chopped
  • g lemons, juiced
  • g Lion French Style House Dressing

    Boil the quinoa until tender and drain well

    Spread across a tray to cool
