Korean BBQ Tofu and vegetable skewers

  • g Tofu
  • g Lion Korean BBQ Sauce
  •   1 Red Pepper
  •   1 Red Onion
  • g Lion Vegan Mayo
  • g Lion Asian Ginger Chilli
  •   Garlic Sticky Sauce

Method

    Step 1

    Dice the tofu and mix with the Lion Korean BBQ Sauce

    Step 2

    Marinate overnight in the fridge
  • 3

    Step 3

    Dice the pepper and red onion into ~2cm square pieces
  • 4

    Step 4

    Thread wooden skewers with alternating tofu, pepper and onion
  • 5

    Step 5

    Heat the grill to a medium-high temperature
  • 6

    Step 6

    Place the skewers on a tray and grill until the tofu has started to crisp up and the vegetables become tender

    Baste with additional Lion Korean BBQ Sauce as required throughout cooking

    Serve with the dips
