King Prawn Paella
Create a fiesta for the tastebuds with this Country Range paella recipe!

g Country Range King Prawns
g Short grain rice
ml olive oil
g Diced chorizo
Finley diced onion
Crushed cloves of garlic
Diced red pepper
g peas
pinch saffron
ltr Chicken or fish stock

Step 1
Fry the chorizo, onion, red pepper and garlic in the olive oil in a thick bottomed frying or paella pan

Add the short grain rice and coat in the vegetable and oil mix

Add the paprika and saffron and add the chicken/fish stock

Simmer gently for 18 mins until the stock is absorbed by the rice

Add the peas and king prawns and place a lid on top and steam for 2 mins

Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 5 mins

Season to taste and serve
