Jamaican Jerk Potato Salad

g red potatoes, chopped (skin on)

4 Country Range Light Mayonnaise

1 Country Range Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

6 spring onions, sliced

Step 1
Boil the potatoes for 10-15 minutes until just cooked then drain.

Mix the mayonnaise with the Jamaican Jerk seasoning.

Mix the potatoes with mayonnaise and spring onion and place into a serving bowl.

Serve at room temperature.
