1 heaped tablespoon of sour cream Bagel base

Step 1
Grill the bacon until crispy, and break it into tiny bits when cool.

Slice cherry tomatoes and remove pips. Cut into small chunks.

Mix the Philadelphia Intense Garlic & Herbs with the sour cream, chopped bacon and tomatoes—once mixed, season with salt and pepper.

Pile the mix on the bagel base and garnish with a sprinkle of chopped chives.
