Gnocchi Pancetta Bake

Ingredients

Increase Portion Size

  • g Gnocchi (cooked)
  • g Charcuti pancetta lardons
  • g chopped fresh parsley
  • g bechamel (buy or cook your own)
  • g cheddar (grated)
  •   Teaspoon English mustard

    Step 1

    Mix the bechamel with the mustard, grated cheddar and parsley.

    Step 2

    Mix the gnocchi with the bechamel sauce into a tray or vessel.

    Top with the cooked charcuti pancetta lardons

    Bake in the oven 185c for 15 minutes or until the cheesy sauce starts to bubble and turn a golden brown colour on top.

  • 60 g cheddar (grated)
  • 1 Teaspoon English mustard
