Fried Teriyaki BBQ Tofu Wrap

  • g Tofu
  • g Lion Teriyaki BBQ Sauce
  • g Panko Breadcrumbs
  • g Lion Vegan Mayo
  •   1 Plain flour wrap
  • g Mixed vegetable slaw (carrot, cabbage and pepper
  • g Iceberg lettuce
  •   1 tbsp toasted sesame oil

    Step 1

    Dice the tofu and mix with the Lion Teriyaki BBQ Sauce

    Marinate overnight in the fridge
  • 3

    Heat the deep fat fryer to 175C
  • 4

    Roll each cube of tofu in the breadcrumbs and put to one side

    When the fryer has heated up fry the marinated tofu in small batches until golden

    Remove and drain on kitchen paper

    Assemble the wrap with the Lion Vegan Mayo first, then lettuce, slaw mix and lettuce

    Place the fried tofu pieces on top and fold the wrap into a burrito style fold

    Heat a griddle pan and oil the outside of the wrap lightly with toasted sesame oil

    Grill to char and heat through
