Fire baked oysters with herb butter

g butter

1 tbs tarragon, finely chopped

1 tbs chives, finely chopped

1 tbs flat leaf parsley, finely chopped

1 tsp lemon zest

Step 1
In a saucepan melt the butter and add all the other ingredients.

Step 2
Put the oysters on a high grill until the lids pop.

Step 3
Remove the lids and add some herb butter to each shell.

Serve immediately.
