  •   1 English muffin
  •   1 egg
  •   Handful of spinach

    Step 1

    Heat Macphie Hollandaise Sauce in pan and remove from heat just before boiling point.

    Half and toast the muffin.

    Poach the egg.

    Wilt the spinach in a pan with warm oil.
