  •   1 English muffin
  •   1 egg
  •   Handful of spinach

    Step 1

    Heat Macphie Hollandaise Sauce in pan and remove from heat just before boiling point.

    Step 2

    Half and toast the muffin.

    Step 3

    Poach the egg.
  • 4

    Step 4

    Wilt the spinach in a pan with warm oil.

    Assemble muffin, spinach and egg on muffin.

    Pour over Macphie Hollandaise Sauce, sprinkle with cayenne pepper and flash under grill.
