Dysphagia Scones with Jam and Cream

2 Item 6cm Plain Scone made with McDougalls Scone Mix

g Single Cream

2 tbsp Seedless Raspberry Jam

1 Scoop Thick and Easy

3 tbsp 'Squirty' Cream
Method

Step 1
Place the scones and cream into a food processor and blend until smooth.

Step 2
Place into small round moulds approximately 3cm in diameter and freeze.

Step 3
To serve, defrost moulds.

Step 4
Thicken jam with Thick and Easy and pipe in a swirl over the scone.

If desired pipe a small swirl of 'squirty' cream on top of the jam.
