  • g Country Range Leek Soup Mix
  •   pts cold water
  • g cooked smoked haddock
  • g cooked diced potato chopped parsley for garnish

    Step 1

    Put the soup powder into a saucepan and add a small amount of cold water and mix to a smooth paste. Add the remaining cold water, place on the stove and gradually bring to the boil stirring continually.

    Add the cooked flaked smoked haddock and cooked potato.

    Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
