Finely chop or grind the cod fillet, pass the potatoes through a sieve, then mix with eggs, chopped parsley, nutmeg, lemon zest, and 80ml Kikkoman Gluten-free Soy Sauce.

Shape the mixture into small cylinders, breadcrumb them, and fry in heated oil at 180°C until golden brown.

In a saucepan, toast the anise seeds, then add butter and brown, add honey, vinegar, 50ml Kikkoman Gluten-free Soy Sauce, tomato passata, and tamarind paste, cook the mixture for 5 minutes on low heat.
