Creamy ‘Caprese’ Pizza

  • g Violife creamy original
  • g Sourdough pizza dough
  •   tbsp Marinara sauce
  • g Cherry tomatoes, halved
  •   handful A handful of rocket leaves Fresh basil, leaves only

    Step 1

    Roll out the pizza dough into a circle. Spread the marinara sauce onto the base of the pizza dough. Leave a sizeable rim around the outside.

    Step 2

    Bake in a preheated pizza oven or a regular oven at 200oC for 20 minutes.

    Step 3

    To make the mini creamy changeballs, use a very small ice cream scoop or a teaspoon and scoop Violife Creamy, shaping it into small round balls.

    Step 4

    Remove from the oven and top with cherry tomatoes, the mini creamy changeballs, some rocket, fresh basil leaves and olive oil.

    Enjoy while still warm out of the oven!
