g Sourdough pizza dough

tbsp Marinara sauce

g Cherry tomatoes, halved

handful A handful of rocket leaves Fresh basil, leaves only

Step 1
Roll out the pizza dough into a circle. Spread the marinara sauce onto the base of the pizza dough. Leave a sizeable rim around the outside.

Step 2
Bake in a preheated pizza oven or a regular oven at 200oC for 20 minutes.

Step 3
To make the mini creamy changeballs, use a very small ice cream scoop or a teaspoon and scoop Violife Creamy, shaping it into small round balls.

Remove from the oven and top with cherry tomatoes, the mini creamy changeballs, some rocket, fresh basil leaves and olive oil.

Enjoy while still warm out of the oven!
