Ingredients

  •   tbsp oil for frying
  • g chicken breasts, sliced
  • g cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • g onion, thinly sliced
  • g carrots, sliced into matchsticks
  • g blocks Country Range Medium Egg Noodles
  • g bean sprouts
  •   tbsp light soy sauce
  •   tbsp sugar
  •   tsp salt
  •   tsp sesame oil

    Step 1

    Cook the noodles as directed on the pack, rinse and drain well.

    Step 2

    Heat the oil in a wok or deep-sided frying pan.

    Step 3

    Stir-fry the chicken for 4 minutes. Add the garlic, onion, carrots and cook for a further 2-3 minutes.

    Add the bean sprouts, soy sauce, sugar, salt, sesame oil and noodles.

    Mix the ingredients well, heat through and serve.
