Method

Step 1
Roll out the pastry and cut into strips. Place a spoonful of mincemeat in the centre, fold over and seal.

Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with icing sugar then bake for 25 minutes at 200°C.

Remove from the oven, dust again with icing sugar and serve.
