Heat the milk so it is luke warm, whisk in the cardamom powder and sugar together

Pour in the melted chocolate

Pour all of this into the Kerrymaid Double and whisk until well aerated. Leave to set in the fridge for 40 minutes before serving

For the biscuits - Mix together the dry ingredients

Rub in the Kerrymaid Premium Baking, and when you achieve breadcrumb consistency add the golden syrup. Roll out to 1cm thick and cut using a 4cm cutter

Bake at 160°C for six – eight minutes until golden brown, but checking after six minutes and serve with the mousse in a dish and biscuits on the side
