  •   8 piece mini brownie cubes
  • g strawberries
  • g fresh raspberries
  • g whipped cream
  • g Mona Lisa Ruby Blossoms
  • g Mona Lisa Dark Chocolate Blossoms
  • g Mona Lisa Crispearls Dark Chocolate
  • g Mona Lisa Crispearls Salted Caramel
  •   2 pieces Callebaut® Dark Chocolate Pencils

    Step 1

    Scoop balls of vanilla and chocolate ice cream into a tall glass.

    Step 2

    Pour melted gold chocolate over the ice cream.

    Place brownie cubes on top.

    Place strawberries and raspberries on top.

    Pipe whipped cream on top.

    Sprinkle with ruby and dark chocolate blossoms.
